Sauna

Sauna is a Spa treatment the aim of which is to stay in a room heated up to the temperature of 95 degrees with 10% humidity. Such high temperature is gained thanks to the furnace with hot stones. In the dry sauna one should stay for 8-15 minutes, then go out, take a cold shower, dry up and go back to the sauna. After third leave we should be rubbed with oil and drink about a litre of cold water!

 

INDICATIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS CONCERNING THE DRY SAUNA
Swedish sauna is a perfect solution for people suffering from:
  • muscular tension of the back;
  • chronic rheumathoid arthritis;
  • stiffing arthritis of the spine ;
  • asthma;
  • chronic bronchitis;
  • hypertension;
  • artery occlusion;
  • angina pectoris;
  • being after a heart attack, however no sooner than half a year.
Sauna should be avoided by people:
  • with acute rheumatic condition;
  • suffering from cold, tuberculosis, acute asthma;
  • with heart and circulation failure oraz coronary heart disease with stenocardia;
  • with heart diseases and hypertension;
  • having acute inflammation;
  • with boils and bumps;
  • with infections, venereal diseases, ephilepsy, glaucoma, daltonism.
